Led by a legendary Hall-of-Fame pitcher, the company Nolan Ryan Brands needed a refreshed holistic brand strategy that would organize its existing brands, and give space for new ones. Beginning with in-depth market research, we helped the company develop a revised business structure and brand strategy for a new direct-to-consumer brand, ‘Goodstock By Nolan Ryan’ that would successfully open the door to a new consumer audience and sales revenue stream. We provided an integrated, long-term marketing plan that set up the internal marketing team with partners, resources and tools to launch and sustain the new brand.
