WORKING APPROACH
Strategic insights come from inputs both data-driven and real-world observations. We will begin each project by leading a discovery session that positions us to uncover insights for the strategy we will create, but also helps clients with internal initiatives. Together, we will ensure we have identified the right objectives before jumping into the project. We believe in collaborative work and recognize that no one knows your business better than you and your team and that great ideas can come from anywhere.
BRAND AUDIT & BUSINESS STRATEGY
STEP I
Research & Brand Audit
The discovery phase includes meeting with you and your team to fully understand the problem we are trying to solve and the project objectives. This is followed by primary and/or secondary research to gather insights for our plan. We will assess your industry landscape, target audience behaviors, market competitors, digital presence and position, as well as cultural dependencies. We will deliver a document explaining data we’ve uncovered and insights for our strategy.
STEP II
Strategy Development
Applying the insights gathered from Step I, we will develop a strategic direction and framework for your business plan, brand identity, or marketing campaign. We will work closely with your team to refine this framework so we are taking into consideration all internal and external dependencies of the project. We will deliver a framework at the end of this stage for your business strategy, brand identity or marketing campaign.
STEP III
Scheduling & Execution
Here we develop a roadmap and timeline for your project so all parties are clear on project management steps and launch plans. We work with in-house teams to provide the tools they need to execute the plan, or when needed, we project manage deliverables and bring in appropriate talent to execute the plan.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING
STEP I
Discovery & Market Research
Includes an initial kick-off meeting to brief us on your project and campaign goals. We will complete top-line research following this to provide insights for crafting the plan.
STEP II
Strategic Planning
Applying the insights gathered from Step I, we will develop a strategic plan for your project or campaign. Once refined, we bring in partners who specialize in the activities identified and work with them to finalize the plan, budget and timeline.
STEP III
Scheduling & Execution
We provide the tools required for either in-house teams or external partners to execute the plan. We can either help your internal team to project manage and run with the project, or we can be more involved and help to manage deliverables. Upon completion, we will provide a performance report to show project success and learnings.

Starting with a project briefing, we will use inputs from you and your team to develop a brief for content creation and ensure we are aligned on what is required.

Content Development
We will either create the project deliverables in-house, or identity appropriate partners to develop the content. We can work with them directly and project manage the process, or we make the right talent connections for you and your team to manage.
STEP III
Delivery
Once the content has been created, we will work with your team to deliver the content to where it needs to go, or we can liaise directly with your content platform partners to ensure they receive the deliverables required.
